Refund policy

We want you to love your artwork! However, since most of our products are custom-made, please review the following carefully:
1. Returns & Refunds:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom artworks, personalized prints, or commissioned paintings.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Once printing or painting has started, cancellation is not possible.
