1. Processing Time:
We hold limited inventory of selected bestselling artworks and the Embellished artworks that are one-of-one originals. All other pieces are made to order.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days.
- Custom artworks: 7–14 business days.

2. Shipping Time:
- Domestic (India): 3–8 business days.

3. Shipping Partners:
We use trusted logistics provider "Delhivery" for deliveries.

4. Tracking:
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Damaged Parcels:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item on mail: support@0bject.co. We’ll resolve the issue promptly (see Refund Policy).
